British Citizenship, naturalisation & British passport

Dear all,
I have lived in the UK since 2004 Oct legally. on march 2015 , i was granted ILR on the basis of 10 years stay in the UK.
I would like to get a British citizenship and British passport ASAP.
I have got a Degree from a UK university. I already passed Life in the UK test for ILR.
could you please tell me when can i apply for the British citizenship, British passport ?
what are the documents i have to submit for the application please?

You can apply for naturalisation (citizenship) exactly 12 months from the date you have held ILR.

You can apply for a British passport once you are British or using the joint application scheme offered by some Council NCS.
