Spouse visa from Riyadh Pls Help!

Post by DRS1983 » Sat Feb 06, 2016 3:01 pm

Dear All
Will be grateful if you can advise......

I am a british national getting married to a Pakistani national in Pakistan, BUT he has a work permit and resident in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia......so he will apply for the settlement application from Riyadh

Does this seem ok? Riyadh embassy will accept the Pakistani marriage certificate (it is ministry of foreign affairs attested)

Am I correct in believing he will not require a TB test from Riyadh?

He has done the IElts A1 spouse test from Pakistan

BTW We are getting married in Pakistan as his family will be part of the wedding

Many Thanks

Post in public - help everyone and everyone can help.

And info posted can be crosschecked and verified by the hive mind of the forum.

And dodgy scammers and 'special advisors' offering 'inside information' (etc etc) can be filtered out.

You will only have access to the private message function once you have reached 30 posts on the forum. Posting padding posts or nonsense posts to increase your count will be deleted and your access likely restricted further. Typing out your email so that it doesn't appear obvious is an old trick and we pick up on this very quickly.

@usmansial

Topic locked due to your repeated abuse of someone else's topic despite being asked several times to cease and desist.

Such behaviour suggests an ulterior motive typically exhibited by some sorts of 'advisors'.
