English test Dilemma

Hi I'm not sure if this is the right place to put this but soon i will be applying for FLR for my wife but my dilemma is she has just done IELTS from Pakistan just before she came to the uk my wife came to the uk on 2nd of April 2015 before the examination board had finshed my question is will my wife have to retake her English test here in the uk or will she get FLR on the test she did in pakistan where she was give a entry clearance visa any help on this is appreciated

She will need to take a new test for any extension application made after November 2015 , as the old test has cease to be valid.
