Wrong Name used !!

Hi there,

*This is my AN application *

So i recently just sent off my application to the home office, and got a letter back from them today. The major problem is that they have used my wrong name. I was basically known under a different name for a period of time up until 2013 give or take, but on my birth certificate and currently known as my proper name, why would they do such a thing, is there a way to contact them and correct it, it honestly doesn't make any sense.

My birth name was Mark(us born), but then I moved to Poland for good few years and the name translation was Marek, then I ended up moving in here and changing it back to Mark which is what i go by on day to day basis. So on my application (and passports) I'm Mark, yes I had to use a deed poll and I had it legally changed it back to Mark in poland as well, no idea how to go about it now I have explained it in the application though.

Used Mark everywhere, but mentioned Marek briefly in the section 'known under different names', sent off deed pool and polish letter of proof of change.

I'm pretty sure (somewhat hope) they've made a mistake, how would I go about contacting them? Do I ring them at 0300 123 2253 ?
