Tier 1 dependent require English qualification

Hi everyone,
I am on Entrepreneur visa and living in UK from last 9 years, originally pakistani and recently married. I have a question if my wife need an English Test for dependent visa ? If yes then upto what Grade she required.
I will be grateful if also share the link(s) from HO site about documents required for dependent visa

Not required for dependent visa, but will be required at the time of applying for ILR.
