Delay in British passport

Hi,

I applied for the british passport along with my wife on 21st Jan. We did an online application and had our interviews on the 2nd of Feb.
However, a week on we have not received either a confirmation or the passports.

Everytime we call the passport office they tell us everything seems fine on the system and that it should have been processed.
Due to work commitments I've to travel and am just waiting on it.

Can anyone please help in advising what should I do?

At this stage, simply sit tight & wait.

Patience is a virtue when dealing with any form of government agency - especially when it's HO & HMPO.
