Employees working time

Hi all,

I had an employees:

First employee from Cyprus worked full time 8 months.
Second employee from Romania worked 8 months part time and 4 month full time.
Third employee from Russia (with ILR) worked 4 months full time.
And the last one with ILR work 6 months full time.

My question is do I fulfil employee creation requirement ?

Depends on hours worked by your employees. You need at least 3120 hours of work to be eligible for award of points.

all these employees should be British Cotzens or ILR holders . dont think a russian is accepted by HO.

What about Romanian and Cyprus passport holder?

Both EEA nationals with the same right to work as a UK Citizen.
The guidance points to employing individuals that are free from immigration control so I believe EEA nationals meet that criteria.

I have contacted home office and the lady on the phone said that they can (EEA) consider uk settled workers if they would live in uk 5 years and get PR.

I am really confused now.
