FLR(M) Renewal for Spouse - Queries

Hi, I have been renting my current accommodation for about 18 months.
However, 6 months into renting it, the letting management changed hands and a new contract was signed up and dated with the new company.

I am wondering as my wife is registered with the local police before the change over do I have to

1) produce both rental contracts as its for the same address.
or will I be able to
2) Produce the current rental contract along with added information, in the proof of accommodation letter by the current letting management, saying that the I have been letting since blah blah, and it changed management on the blah blah etc.

I just had my job terminated today about 8 weeks before I renew wife's visa, is renewed with one months garden leave. I think I have earned enough cover the £18,600 in a year. Is this going to be a problem?

That is a pity. You need to be in 'ongoing employment'.

No unfortunately not due to health reasons that have not yet been fixed.

Are you not able to speak to your employer to sort this out?

Since I have not been where for 2 years I have no rights to know why I was sacked.

The person who did it is a right knee cap I have had trouble with him in the pass.

I bought me into the office and said were terminating your contract. No reasons about from saying its not a fit with the company. I going to phone the human resources director to say why I was sacked, but I was told although, I don't know, that it was approved by him.

Is there any ways around this, i.e, take even temporary employment or work that earns than £18,600 a year and then get a better job after the visa application.
