Tier 1 General PEO ILR Queries - please help

Truly appreciate the help provided by everyone in this forum
I am sorry for this long post, but It would be a great help if you could help me with my queries

I am on Tier 1 general (visa expiry - early 2017)
Initial visa granted based on rules of March 2009, but came to Uk in dec 2010
First extension granted in may 2012
2nd extension granted in Feb 2014
Dependant first visa granted on 03/07/2012
Dependant first extension granted in Feb 2014
I have completed 5 yrs in UK in Dec 2015 and I am planning to apply for ILR with 1 dependant (my wife who got her visa in early july 2012 and arrived Uk in aug 2012 and hence has completed more than 2 yrs in the country) using PEO service
Worked as a contractor for 5 months using an umbrella company in 2011 and after that permanent PAYE job till date (All worked in UK).

I would kindly request you to help me with the below queries:

1. FIXED PENALTY NOTICES:
I have got 3 Fixed penalty notices for (all caught by motorway speed cameras during june/july 2015), 2 of them for the same journey on the same day with a 5 minutes difference and the 3rd one a couple of weeks later. I have accepted and paid the fine for 2 of them and attended a speed awareness course for the 3rd one. However as my licence was new, as per the new driver's act, my licence was revoked, as i got 6 points (no ban) and I had to apply for a new licence, which i did by passing the theory and practical again and got my driving licence back. I did not got to court for any of the above.
I just want to know if my ILR will have any effect if I inform UKBA about this in my application.

2. ENGLISH LANGUAGE PROOF:
I am planning to take a print out of PBS calculator for my qualification and for my wife's qualification as well as a proof of English language, along with our degree certificates and letters from our colleges stating that our degrees are taught in English (Which we submitted during our last extension application). We have our life in UK test pass certificates.
Is this sufficient to meet the English language requirements?

3. Documents:
The docs which I am planning to submit:
1. Passports, BRPs, Photos, Application form, payment confirmation, PEO appt letter
2. English language - Life in uk test pass certs, PBS print outs, degree certs, letters from college
3. Earnings - 12 months payslips, 12 months bank statements, Employer letter
4. Letters from employers for absences
5. Cohabitation - council tax bills, joint account bank sts, tenancy agreements
6. Employment history from HMRC (2010-11 to 2014-15)
Are these enough, Am i missing anything?

1. Declare it, you should be fine.

2. PBS Summary sheet printout will do for the both of you along with degree certificate.

3. Documentation set is looking good to go. Not required, but I would advise hand carrying documentation that was used to satisfy earlier T1 extensions. Also you mentioned you worked as contractor for the initial 5 months via umbrella company, keep contractual agreements, and proof of tax paid to hmrc for this duration such as payslips from umbrella company. Even if the earnings from this 5 month period was never used for your extension, if you do have this documentation in hand, then no harm in having them in hand.
