Dear members,I am non EU national and going to apply PR alone because my EU spouse is Spanish and don't need to have UK PR card.
Query:
I have in possession of last five years UK private health insurance jointly
And last five years joint bank statements.lawful Money came from EU state.
We did not worked in the UK since arrived because of some health issues.
I don't have any single bill on my name nor my EU spouse name and also don't have any tendency agreement(unable to get written letters from previous landlords)
So do this forum feels that above documents are enough for my PR application??
Thanks

If your spouse wishes to apply for British Citizenship at some point, they will need to have a document certifying they have PR and this has to be submitted to HO for citizenship.

You can see in this HO guidance how caseworker will assess your spouse as a
qualified person;
and, consequently, how your application wil be assessed regarding confirmation of PR:

I think all those who are Spanish by origin are allowed to hold dual citizenship as long as they declare that they wish to remain a Spanish citizen. Only nationals of other countries who naturalise as Spanish citizens lose their original citizenship (unless they are from PT, some Latinamerican countries etc.)

In case of declaration spaniards origin are permitted dual citizenship upto Three years..After three years Spaniards must have to return back to Spain permanently.

Oh interesting, didn't know that as my Spanish friend has both Spanish and UK citizenship since he naturalised many years ago
