UK appeal and EU treaty right application

Hi
My appeal against refusal of a settlement visa in UK is in process and waiting on court hearing date. Can I apply an EU spouse joining/accompany visa in Ireland or any other EU member country while appeal is in process in UK?

Yes you can. I have done the same. Just send them your uk refusal letter with Irish visa application documents.

No still waiting for Ireland visa 8 months since I made the application. We r getting ready to apply for uk visa again.
