Hi,
My first Spouse visa is expired on mid of March 2016 (two and half year visa), I am wondering that am I still using the FLR(M) application form to apply for the second part of the Spouse visa?
I'm confused with current visa system.
Thanks in advance for your reply.

FLR(M) is the correct form and you have to meet all the same requirements as you did for the initial visa plus 2 years of cohabitation document proof.
You will also have to pay the £500 immigration health surcharge.

Thanks for your advice.
I would like to know if we can use the solicitor's letter which we received as part of the process of buying our house as one of the items of correspondence, it has both names and address.
Thanks in advance.

Am sure the letter would be fine but you need documents spread evenly over the preceding 2 years.

Hi,
I am filling out the FLR(M) application form. I will make an appointment for in person, I am filling out the 'payment detail ' page but have found the form has omitted the 'in person' appointment tick box and price for this option. How do I complete the form for an 'in person' appointment?
Many thanks.

You need to pay the fee online when you book the appointment. No need to complete the payment page as the form is also used for postal, which the payment page is required for.

Hi, I am filling in the immigration healthcare surcharge details. My name on the healthcare details is in a different format to my passport, my passport shows my family name first followed by my given names, but in the healthcare detail it is shown as given names then family name. Is this a problem? Many thanks!

Thanks for your promptly reply.
I have another query regarding the finance. My application will be under salaried employment with same employer for last 12 months. I had a pay rise at the beginning of the year, which means my 6 months pay slips will include 4 months pay slips at the lower salary. Both old and new salaries exceeds the threshold. How do I show my salary? Is it as the new annual salary or an average of both new and old over the 6 months?
Thanks in advance.

Provide 12 months payslips and bank statements and if you have the letter about your increase, provide that too.

I have same question regarding the finance.
My application will be under salaried employment with same employer for last 6 months. My wife had a pay rise on last payslip means 6th payslip of this month. She received the increment letter from employer this month with increment and bonus for last year stated on it which she will receive with this month salary. I am applying mid of next month. Both old and new salaries exceeds the threshold.
We will provide the letter as you mentioned in your last answer but How do I show her salary? and bonus? bonus is not fixed its one off.
Do we have to state the new annual salary or an average of both new and old over the 6 months?
She is working with same employer from last 2 years. do we need to submit more then six months payslips?
Thanks for you help.

Hi there,
If my salary meet the financial threshold, do I still need to put my husband (British) salary on my application?
Many thanks in advance.

No.
