Spouse visa financial requirements confused

Post by Dreamteam » Tue Feb 16, 2016 8:55 am

Hello good morning I'm a bit confused about the spouse visa requirements and I kindly would appreciate some advice. I recently started working part time back in November 2016 I got paid every 2 weeks,so income is vary from week to week. Ive already got 3 months pay slip. I've also just started working as a hairdresser self employed and I've also received child maintenance for over a year. When it's best time to apply for spouse visa and will I be able to to combine,my part time job with my self employed job and child maintenance please. I awaits your response thanks very much.

Hi,

U have made this query too complex. Please supply more information on your employments.

is ur temp job is given through contract? if yes, how much wage was consented?
how much have u earned in the last six months?
when did u start working as a hair dresser?
How much do u earn per week or per month through self employment?
How much do u get from Child maintenance?

You must show that u have earned at least 18,600 divided by two in the last six months?

Calculate it urself and post any further query u may have.
(Calculate income before tax means Gross Pay)
Thanks

Well in this case u must wait for another three months. But still i m afraid u r not eligible to sponsor for spouse visa.

Keep this in ur mind that UKBA in variable income calculate the minimum income earned in a month multiply it with 12.(not a hard n fast rule by UKBA but in most cases they do)

in ur case 700 + 300(maintenance)= 1000 , 1000 x 12= 12000

12 months worth of evidence will be required.
