Got myself in a bit of a pickle

Post by clairepf » Fri Feb 12, 2016 4:12 pm

I applied for naturalisation for myself,my son and daughter using form mn1 (postal). I received a letter to go for biometrics, however the letter says i need to provide my ID for my kids at the post office. Ive just realised i sent my ID's with my application forms. i called post office and they said the only accept passport or driving license

I have emailed them on the best way forward. I was told i should also request my documents back, is that right?

Thank you

Yes, ask for your documents to be returned and make a note of why you urgently need them back (i.e. that you are unable to complete your Biometrics unless you get the documents back).
