Are you asking for immigration advice? If so, all you can do it notify the Home Office that your marriage is no longer subsisting. They may or may not take steps to curtail his leave, but without your support he will be unable to extend his spouse visa at the end of the first 2.5 year period.

Thanks guys for the advice I got in touch with the home office I send them a email they got back to me in a week asking for more details of him so I replied back with all the infor they needed... But I got told that home office won't do nothing about it... So I sent them another message to ask why they haven't reply back to me yet still not got no answer so am going going to wait till month then email them again.
How long is it til a person could get a stay in the uk?

You are not going to get personal attention & personal service to escort your spouse back home.
You have done what you can as per the process; HO will act in their judgement (or not) as they may see fit.

The link below is the new process since December 2015 for your circumstances.

HO are under no obligation to keep you updated on what is happening, so you can forget about being kept informed.

You've already been advised what you can do if you don't want to continue to sponsor your husband. CR001 has posted the link for you to report this.
You can't do anything else. If your husband submitted his spouse settlement visa application after 9th July 2012 then he would be on a 5 year route to permanent settlement. He would be unable to qualify for his first 2.5 year FLR(M) extension if you don't support his application.

Home Office works in mysterious ways.

The person's visa will time out in the end.
They will no longer be able to rely on you to extend.
End of story.

Report the case if you wish, that is your right.
Then walk away.
Move on.
