We got a follow-up the next day. I guess you'll need to chase or just turn up and see if they have your passport back or not.

Thanks. Its been 11 days now and no reply from VFS Mumbai South after the delhi high commission emailed us to say they have dispatched it to them. We can't even track it. Any advice?

I've emailed the delhi high commission and the visa team (email form) and havent had any response. What are people meant to do in this situation.
