Has any one not filled Section 10 in the passport application and accepted by NCS. if so is it applicable in all the 5 NCS . Kindly confirm please.

Section 10 - Countersignatory is a mandatory section. You cannot 'choose' not to complete it.

When applying using JCAPS the counter signatory is not required on passport application . I didn't fill it while applying with Wandsworth.
