my initial visa issued on 19 april 2011
extension issued on 05-04-2013
expiry :19-04-2016.

whats the earliest date i can apply for ILR ?i know 28 days but just want to make sure .

You could apply on the 14th Thursday 2016 of April as an example.

make sure your case is straight fwd? And doing PEO?

Be aware that HO checks all past employment, Taxes, Leaves , etc etc. make sure you prep your application properly. ILR is a breeze these days! if your case is simple and if your Requirements are met
