Citizenship ceremony query

Hi,
I have received citizenship invitation letter on 20th Feb 2016(Letter dated 11th Feb 2016) from Home Office.The letter has also got correct details of my council. I called the council, however, they advised me that they haven't got the documentation from Home Office and asked me to wait.

I don't know what's going on. Has anyone in this forum ever faced this situation. Please can yoy advise.

Yes, I m in same situation phoned council and been told to wait until they receive letter too.
