Adult Child staying with family application

Post by raymondaduoh » Tue Feb 23, 2016 4:47 pm

I have a Son (21yrs), with another woman, but now, I am married to a British in 2009, I'm British too, I have 2 girls with my British wife.
Now, my Son has been studying in the UK for the past 3 years, what type of application can I make to enable him stay with his family and change his Tier 4 status?
I'm from Congo, and we do not care for our children even until 25 as long as they are still in college or not earning.

An Adult Child is something of an oxymoron...

Anyway there isn't anything, a person over 18 is considered an adult in UK law, doesn't matter what the norm is in Congo, and he'd have to qualify for LTR under his owm merits, which would basically mean finding a T2G licenced sponsor to sponsor a Work Permt, not easy for someone with no work experience....
An chéad stad eile Stáisiún Uí Chonghaile....
