over 18 child of British citizen

I entered in the uk in may 2010 as tier 4 general student and i am living here from 5 years and 10 months with my settled family.i born in india in 1990 to British overseas mother before my parents marriage.My maternal grandfather had registered as a British citizen of the united kingdom and colonies in Kenya. My mother came in the uk in 2009 and soon became British citizen in 2009 under Section 5 (1) of British Nationality Act 1948 and sections 4 and 14 of the British Nationality Act 1981. my father and brother arrived as dependent in 2012.now my father is neutralise and my brother had ILR but now i want to apply for visa so please guide me that for which visa i can apply.
I am in full time study and i never worked so i am fully dependent on my parents and i don’t have anybody in india as my whole family migrated to the uk permanently so if anyone can guide me,i will be grateful.

You are 26.

You entered UK as an Indian Citizen to study in 2010 aged 20.

I can't see any route for you, wait for others though but I'm pretty sure....

Potential for SS as dependent? She should qualify as a direct family member.

when your mum try first time for British passport did uk (law) stop your mum to come to the uk if is yes than you can apply as historical injustice becoz if your mum come to uk early you born in uk with your own right so i think you can apply for boc child historical injustice one think you can apply for settlement that i am sure but how to and which rute dont know met good solicitor they know about this case

Thanks for your reply.Yes My mother wasn't allowed to enter the uk before 2003 inspite of being BOC by birth.but my mother is not british protected person so this link is not useful for me but yes this historical injustice point can help me.
