Self-employed-SA302 or online printout?

Hi,
I have been self-employed for the past 3 years and was wondering if SA302 is required for the naturalisation aplication or the online printout would be sufficient? The AN guide only states:
If you do not pay income tax through PAYE you must demonstrate that you have discharged your obligations towards the H.M. Revenue & Customs, by attaching a Self Assessment Statement of Account.
