50K investment- Help needed

Hi All..

Anyone who can help please share thoughts... If three accounts shows 65K investment and bank statement shows 50K transferred from personal to business in 3 years. is this acceptable or both figures need to be matched. it is because of some some investment was made in setting up the initial business but money was not transferred from personal to business but after that 50K has been transfered to business account.

Are you are talking about DL
The guidelines and relevant paragraphs no where states that
the amount should exactly "match" but invested amount could only be claimed or accepted via relevant set of accounts & business bank trasactions.

thanks for your reply.... Director Loan states that at least 50K will be invested in 3 years but annual accounts shows 65K while i can only prove 50-55K from personal to business acc transfer. i know requirement is to invest 50K in 3 years but will figures not matching in Management accounts and & bank statement be issue ??

my second question is 2nd year acconts states that directors invested 42K But does not mention DIRECTOR LOAN, Will this be problem ?? shall i ask accountant to amend this OR only ask him to correct in 3rd year accounts which is due to be filed in few months

No issue until you can show a transfer of full amount from personal to business and accounts reflect that or more then that. It's always better to keep things simple and director loan agreement should only cover the bank transaction.

having a DL section in Balance sheet is showing DL investment is required.
