Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension query proving investment

Hi EVeryone,

I have query regarding proving investment. i transferred 50,000 in may 2015 and 20,000 in October 2015. but there was some withdrawals by myself before these dates. and my accountant is only getting a total of just of 50,000 to include in the directors loan account. is this going to be a problem, shall i explain this to them on covering letter.
