ILE Granted - IHS Refund Question

HI ,
I HAVE APPLIED SETTLEMENT VISA FOR my 1YEAR OLD SON
me and my wife are both permanent residents in uk

DATE APPLIED 18/02/2016
DATE VISA APPROVED 25/02/2016(ile visa issued)

i have paid 63000INR FOR IHS WHILE MAKING AN APPLICATION ONLINE
BUT I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANY EMAIL ABOUT THE REFUND OF IHS FEE.

i am in a situation where i dont know whom to contact about the refund of IHS ANYONE KNOW MORE INFO HOW TO GET THE REFUND ,PLEASE REPLY ME

No I did not get refund until now

hi we applied
settlement visa for child of settled parents (both parents are permanent residents in uk)

in India on 18/02/2016 and our son visa is approved.

As per the law I need not pay IHS.
But I have paid amount of rupees 63000inr for IHS.
I am still waiting for the refund.

i dont know whom to contact ,i have already sent emails to chennai embassy but no one replied

and contact via email and phone.
when contacted by email they have sent the same link which u sent.
