spouse visa

there is a lady in pakistan who applied for a spouse visa to come to join her husband but was refused, she has appealed her application. yesterday her husband died from illness.

i would like to know what are her options

can anybody please help

Options for what? A visa for the UK?

She doesn't have any based on her spouse (now deceased)
