I will really appreciate your help.
My wife is a carer and work 16 hours a week, we also have a newborn baby(British) in the UK, my wife is exempt from the £18,600 income per annum, however we have to provide adequate maintenance and accommodation per week.
We are wondering how much is the maintenance amount required per week as we have been advised it'll be £114.85 per week.
But was wondering if the maintenance will increase due to our baby by 84 pounds or not? as it is a bit confusing as our baby is British.
