Dependant Visa UK Born baby

Post by Jazz2007 » Sat Mar 05, 2016 2:45 pm

Dear All,

I am on Tier 1 Ent Visa expiring November this year.

I would like to travel to my home country India next month and please advise me if its better to apply Dependant Visa for my UK Born Baby from here in Window service as its very less time.
Or Apply for Entry Clearence from India.

Please share your suggestions.

Thanks in Advance.

You better apply using the premium one day service in the uk, as long as you have the maintenance

Then apply from home country. Why ask the question if that is what you want to do anyway.

Remember though that the application could take longer from home country. Not sure if you have time constraints or if it is a long or short holiday home.
