Schengen Visa - how to contact TLS

Hi,

I am a northern Ireland resident and I need to apply for a visa.
I had two friends who did apply by post. Their last application were in September 2015.
I sent my passport and the documents by post. TLS contacted me and said that I need to come in person and that they will keep my documents.
I can't travel to london because they have my passport and I called 0845 730 0118 and I asked to talk to an adviser and nobody came back to me !! I tried to email TLS also but no answer !

does anyone has a solution to talk to TLS people so I can ask them to send my passport back!
Is there anyone here from northern ireland and did apply for a visa by post?
