Submitting an application without any passport

Hello guys,

Please if an applicant submits an application to home office without any passport current or expired, (declared lost with police ref no) is the application valid and still considered OR is it automatically invalid?

Thanks for your response, I actually have passports(current and wxpired) I am looking to vary from FLR O to Set LR (PEO application), so i want to go with the passport for the PEO appointment so i can get a respinse and documents back same day asi want my spouse to apply as dependant before she becomes an overstayer.

I know it might be impossible, just want to be double sure.

So is it your wife that doesn't have a passport?

When was the passport 'lost' and reported to the police?

Has she applied for a new passport and have proof that she has?
