Baby born in India, both parents ILR, visa list of documents

Hi,

Myself and my wife both have ILR (got it October, 2015). We had a baby in December, 2015 in India. Baby has already got his Indian passport. Which visa we need to apply for the baby? What is the required list of documents? If someone who has done it can reply, it would be great.

Hi,

Myself and my wife both of us have ILR. We had a baby boy in India.

We applied for his settlement visa on 8th April in Mumbai. We had also applied for my parents visitor visa the same day. That arrived on 16th April.

But we have not heard anything about our son's visa till now. I have emailed couple of times and also called once. I was told each time that his file has not yet been picked by entry clearance officer. They say I can not do anything as maximum prcessing time is 6 months for settlement visa.

Does any body applied for settlement visa in Mumbai recently? How much time did it take?
