signing FPS/RTI

Hi All.... a while ago i have seen a post on this forum, saying all FPS reports must be signed by director.

is it really required by HO ?? if yes does this means all those FPS/RTI provided by Accountant for past period needs to be signed and putting name of director on it, and what date should be written on it? date of that time when it was actually submiited to HMRC or same current date on all on the day signing them??

Any Document Specified (in Immigration rules) required to be submitted if not original (duplicate / screen print) must be signed by the director of the company.

Thanks abdhriz for ur quick reply and help...... if i sign all and put same date on all ( date of signing ) will that be Ok and also we are 2 directors shall we both sign it or 1 director is enough to sign ??

You can put the signing date on each document.

Yes, if business is organised by two directors (Ent: Team Members) then both has to sign together.

I thought it only needs to be signed. Does it need to be dated as well?

I think just Name & Sign is enough...

There is no need to put the date..........
