Sorry to bother vp ji once again

Did you get back all the originals including experience letter from previous employers education certificats and other testimonials from the Home office.

I have submitted all the above including the marriage certificate to the HO and probably I am worried about their return to me..

Well only waiting

Thanks

Dear VP,

What is the rule related to the initial 1 year of HSMP. When does the time period of 1 year start ticking on the clock. is it the date of issue of approval letter, in my case its 10th of Dec 2004.?or what? What my understanding is, that the initial 1 year starts the day you land in UK.e.g. i wanted to go in August 2005, so from aug 2005 to aug 2006?
My current job is to last till August 2005. Iwill get an extension of further 6 months in Feb 2005, which lasts till August 2005. I can only resign in may 2005, if i want, not before (due to the nature of the project). So what i have planned is that i get the entry clearnace in March 2005 & then travel to UK in june 2005 (assuming i resign in may 2005).
What i presume is right here? or otherwise?

please comment in detail on this point, i'll be grateful.

when do you plan t o go t o UK now?"

Dear kashifmalik

1 year will start from the date of issue of visa and not date of HSMP approval and not date of landing uk. You can do one thing. Just apply for visa before 10th march and leave the company before may 2005 and land uk in may 2005. So you will get at least 10 months for getting good job and settle in uk. So if you apply in March you can stay in UK from March 2005 to March 2006.

btw i am planning to move in the first week of February as I have to finish notice period of my job
