Extension of Spouse Visa

Hi to all
I am British citizen and I need some information regarding my wife's spouse visa. This is her first extension after getting Spouse visa from Pakistan. Her visa will expire in April 17. The problem is we are not living in UK since Jan 15. My company sent me to work on a project in Germany in Oct.14 and she joined me in Jan 15. She got her EU family resident card which is valid until May 17.
My question is what option she has to get any extension from UK as she is not living there and I am not seeing our self moving back as project here will go for another two years. I know the chances are very slim or even no chance at all but I am trying my luck here.
If any one have any knowledge about her chances to get German permanent resident card after some years please let me know too. Our daughter also born here in Germany and she got her British passport.

Unlikely she will get an extension of her UK spouse visa as neither of you are resident in the UK.

Hope you all dong good. Just need some information, if any of you have, in post Brexit scenario. My wife's spouse visa will expire in 8 months time and I have no plan to return to UK as I already explained job and money is good here. Her EU family member visa here in Germany will expire in 10 months (2 months after expiration of British spouse and this is also last date to validity of her current passport) and I don't know what will happen to her after that.
Is any of you have any idea what will happen to people living in Germany on EU family member visa? Before Brexit I know that she will get her visa extended and after five years she can apply for some kind of PR.
Another thing I need to know is there any chance to get her PR sorted in Germany according to some local or EU before five years time as my daughter born here as well?
