Is It FLR?

Post by mamatha » Mon Dec 17, 2007 4:32 pm

Hi Everybody ,

I have applied for In-House migration ie, from Work Permit to HSMP , what's the form that I need to file next after getting HSMP Approval . Is it FLR (or Ec again ,as my EC is already done,so I'm bit confused because I and my family are already in UK since 1 year),and can I add my dependents also in the same form or should it be done seperately.
Could u also please suggest me the documents list that need to be sudmitted along with the form for both dependents and myself.

Thankyou all so much in advance .

Hiya,

Since you are applying in-country and you are in one of the "switch-eligible" categories (you are on a WP), you can apply using the FLR (HSMP) form, available for download on the HO website.

Please see some of my earlier posts for the documents required.

Cheers.
