Regarding HSMP

Hi,
iam planing to apply for HSMP, i got NARIC,and i have 90 points, i have only 11 months current pay slips and i have 12th one rm my previous company... is this okey to apply for HSMP or i must have 1 months pay slips from my current organization only???

I dont have FORM-16 for current year[april-07-08]?

can you please suggest some precaution to apply for HSMP

Get last years form 16

not all the payslips have to be from the same employer.
