10 year ILR after tier 1 entrepreneur visa

Dear all member,
I come to UK in October 2006 as a student and after completion degree, I changed my visa status into post study work in may 2012. And then I applied into tier 1 entrepreneur route in April 2014 and got visa in December 2014. The time spent in tier 1 entrepreneur visa will be 21 month in November 2016. I will apply ILR in September 2016 via 10 year route. My question is do I need to submit business progress when I apply for ILR 10 year route?
