Dependent ILR Set (o) Form Help

Post by sumitt » Tue Mar 01, 2016 9:07 pm

Hi,

I am going to apply for my ILR on 12 march. As per advise of many friends I have decided to go alone first and then on 19th I have taken an appointment for my wife and daughter. However, I think I have chosen the complicated way.
If I had gone together I think I had to fill Set (o) form only once. but now I have to fill it 3 times for myself first and then for my wife and daughter separately. Anyways, that is just part of the problem. real question is: I need some urgent help with the form.

Context, My wife and daughter entered in UK 20-11-2011 as Tier 1 general dependent. Now while I am filling Set (o) forms for them, I am seeing that their is Section -5 for finances and section -6 for Immigration history.

My wife is not earning, So I am not sure what should I fill in section 5. especially
Also do I need to complete immigration history section similar to I did for myself. Does she need to complete 5 years of her own. (I think there is a pre 2012 dependent clause I read somewhere). How relevant is section 6 as my wife and daughter have completed only 4.5 years so far.

Perhaps this is separate question and not directly relevant to this. I left my perm employment on 12 feb (however I am using the salary slips from this employment. I have enough salary to earn 45 points ) and contracting on 23 feb but have not been paid yet. Again what to fill in section 5. esp 5.3 and sources of income section in the end of section 5. Do I need any letter from accountant etc? if so are there any templates?

Please help.
Regards
Sumit

Section 10 - BRP, provided wife details - Do I need to add a copy of this section for my daughter.
