Offense Consideration Naturalization

Post by ILRAPPLY15 » Mon Mar 14, 2016 12:04 pm

I was granted ILR last year and due for BC application this year.
My query is regarding offense consideration - I got speeding offense towards end of 2013 for speeding and resulted in court fine and 3 points (magistrates court) because the communication by authorities were sent to wrong address in spite of me pleading guilty. Will this case affect my naturalization application ? Do I need wait till convictions is 'spent' ?
Looking for expert opinions and advise. please help.
Regards,
C

As the points were given by court, you will have to wait until end of 2016.
