Visa type of Daughter(7 years ) - father is british citizen

Hi
I have received a British citizen on 2015. "My daughter ( 7 years old ) and my wife" joined with me on settlement visa ( 30 months). It would be really good if please confirm by below query

Could I directly apply a citizenship for my daughter ?

Do I need to go for her extension along with my wife ?

If daughter was not born in the UK, then
