Hotel Booking for Schengen Visa from French Embassy

Hi,

Are there any specific pointers to keep in mind while booking a hotel for our stay in Paris. I am currently looking for hotels to book and my appointment for visa is 29th March. Some people say that I need to have a non refundable booking.

Can someone please guide me.

As long as the booking shows the applicant's name, hotel details and dates, it will be accepted. Please make sure that the dates on your hotel confirmation and tickets match.
