Have p60's, salary slips, bank statements to shown i will get letter from my account and i will fill sponser form too . Question is is any other document do i need submit for my spouse settlement visa
3) I am planning for renting 1 BHK flat , do i need get council letter for my spouse living too ?
4)please advice any other document i have submit for visa.

I look forward to your advice.

1. There is only one visa. It is a 'spouse settlement visa'. First visa will be for 30 or 33 months. Then another extension will be needed for another 2.5 years. Your spouse needs 5 years as your spouse to qualify for ILR. Form VAF4A.

2. Yes, there is. You have to prove you meet the financial requirement of £18,600pa. If you are self employed, you need to provide evidence for 12 months.

3. No. Tenancy agreement and utility bills/council tax is sufficient.

Be aware that in order to qualify under self-employment, the qualifying £18,600 per annum is based on the nett earnings after allowable business expenses have been deducted. i.e The amount on which HMRC have calculated for tax due.
