Quick advice please

My cousin (EEA national) is applying for a PR for his wife (NON EEA)and wanted to know what documents he needs to submit as sponsor. He moved to the UK in 2004 and got a PR in 2009. Got married to his wife in 2010. He wants to know if he has to submit previous documents he used when exercising treaty rights btw 2004-2009 to support his spouse application.

Suggest cousin starts with PR form & guidance notes. In particular what it says about PR card.

So you basically want strangers on a forum to spoon feed you step by step what needs to be done with little or no (basic) research and effort from cousins side?

As noajthan has said, your cousin should start by reading the PR form and guidance notes and then come back if anything is unclear or if there are more specific questions.
