IAFT-6

Hi Guys
My Fiance is from the USA and recently had her visa denied as we needed to supply some self assessment forms. We had to fill out the IAFT-6 form which was delivered last 1 week ago. I was wondering if anyone else had sent an IAFT-6 form and what the average time it takes to hear something, if anything?
Unlike the Visa application we have not had an email to say "we have received your visa....."
Any answers appreciated
