In need of advice, please

Post by Animus » Tue Mar 22, 2016 10:23 am

I'm applying for my none EU wife's spouse visa.
My main source of income is from a non-salaried employment, which earns me just short of the £18,600. I'm also a director of a small company which also has a second director.
To my understanding so far; I have to combine A or B (my non-salaried employment) with F or G (salaried employment from the company which I am a director)

I have a few questions:
1. Does being a Director HAVE to come under category F or G as I earn a salaried income from this job?
2. Being a director, do I have to wait a for a full year of employment to pass before I can apply, if this falls under category F or G?
3. IF I have to combine A or B with F or G, does anybody have any idea what kind of evidence I have to provide along with the application? I have a few different sources detailing the evidence but no definite answer.

Thank you.

Savings

Post by Animus » Tue Mar 22, 2016 11:32 am

"Held by the applicant, their partner, or both jointly for the at least 6 months"

Does this mean that we can use our savings from different bank accounts, one in my name and one in my partners?
I was told that the savings have to be all in the same account before applying.

It is not necessary to start a new topic with each question you have on the same application. See Multiple Posts (click)

I'm sorry. I don't usually use forums.
