I got refusal on 19 of this month. Now i want to appeal for review. I have some questions regarding review appeal.

1. To whom i should write this review appeal (to Case worker who refused me or HSMP team).

2. can i send docs with this review apeal which i sent with my application.

3. will the address be of Work Permits (UK), Home Office

By the way what was your reference number. Secondly what did the rejection letter state. I mean to say which facts became the basis of rejection.

Dear Technician

My ref # is 1949*. I have not been awarded the points of Past earnings.

I provide tax return of year 2003. It includes only first 2 months of my last 12 months. I also provide tax deduction certificate from employer but they considered only Tax return .

That's y i want a review appeal to consider my exact 12 months income.
