ILR Dependent VISA From India

Hi,
I'm ILR and settled via T2 ICT 5 years route.Now i want apply SETTLEMENT visa for my wife and son from india,

I have couple of questions if someone could answer for these?

1.For my wife's English language requirement i can use Degree Certificate to prove that degree taught in english right?

2.For financial requirement as im self employer how can i prove my annual income as im taking 12k as salary and 20k as dividend.

Yes, plus ELA by UK NARIC if degree issued abroad.

2.For financial requirement as im self employer how can i prove my annual income as im taking 12k as salary and 20k as dividend

The financial requirement for wife and child is £22,400pa. For self employed, the documents you need to submit must be for 12 months, including SA302 etc.
