OCI Information required

Hi Team / Gurus,

Thanks for all your support members / gurus, i am really happy, that all member's in this forum supports a lot. Its really great forum.

I require information on OCI, once surrendering the Passport, for applying OCI, do i need to submit my british passport also? or photocopy of british passport is enough along with naturalization certificate.

Incase if i submit my British Passport, how long does HCI hold british passport

Member and Gurus, Please throw some light on this

All the information is you need is available on the VFS website and Online OCI Services website (see under "useful links"). Read though them .. carefully.

Thanks sushdmehta for your prompt reply. I have gone thru the vfs website thoroughly... and there is no mention of the self-attestation of OCI documents anywhere.

I have gone thru the vfs website thoroughly... and there is no mention of the self-attestation of OCI documents anywhere.

1. Click on the link provided above (VFS).
2. Now click on "Documents Required".
3. Start counting the lines of text from top .... when you reach the 14th line, read the last sentence!!!

I suggested to read "carefully", not thoroughly!!
