Moved to the UK: sept 2010
Between 2010 - 2013 I was a full time student and I was issued a yellow registration certificate BEFORE 20.06.2011 when CSI became mandatory. As a result, I never had CSI.*
Then I was then absent from the UK for 190 days after graduation**. I spent most of this time as a sort of holiday, except for the last weeks of it, when I was looking for a job.
Since 01.2014 - in continuous employment.
I am mostly concerned about the section in bold. I'm not entirely sure what status I had during that time or if it's anything obviously wrong.
If my PR is broken by that, will that mean that I will have to wait until 2019 (which is 5 years after my "second coming" in 2014) to gain PR?
*After reading in numerous places, people in my situation either didn't have problems with this or they won the appeal after having been refused initially. I remember reading in some HO document that students issued a yellow registration certificate before 20.06.2011 don't need CSI, but I need to find that.
** As my qualifying period runs between Sep - Sep, there won't be any "year" where I have more than 180 days absences
