FLR(M) extension when can I apply ILR?

Hi,

Here is my situation :

I first entered using work permit dependent visa on 6SEPT 2008 with visa valid until 2012 February but stayed in UK for 8 months and went to abroad. My husband switched to Tier 1 (G)dependent in 2009 and I came back to UK on 18 Nov 2012 with visa valid until September 2014. My husband was granted ILR under 5 year route in November 2013 and I switched to FLR (M) .I applied on JULY 2014 and granted visa until 18 Feb 2017.



My Qùestion is
1) When can I apply ILR?
2) Can I apply after 3 years as my first entry is before July 2012?

PLEASE HELP ME GIVE ADVICE.

On what date did you APPLY for this visa?

I applied on JULY 2014 and granted visa until 18 Feb 2017.

What is the start and end date of this visa.

There was no need for you to change to FLR(M). You can have continued extending your Tier 1 G dependent visa.

Start date of FLR(M) IS 18 -08-2014 until 18-02-2017.

My Tier 1 (G) dependant valid from 08-11-2012 until 03-09-2014.

Yes you are right I should not have switched. Could you please let me know if there is any way as my husband is british ?

Is there any other way to apply ILR after 3 years as my first entry was September 2008?
Any other way as partner of britizh citizen?

No, there is no quicker way and no, you have lost the time on your first visa in 2008 due to long absence and a new visa after the rule changes in July 2012.

You will need to apply for an extension for another 2.5 years on FLR(M).

There is no '3 year route' to ILR.

Had you stayed on Tier 1 G dependent, you would have qualified for ILR and citizenship next year.
